Garlic Powder/Granule is a kind of spice used while cooking for flavouring the dish. Dehydrated Garlics are obtained after implementatipn of drying/dehydtration processes of fresh garlics. Then, they are transformed into desired forms of powder/granules/minces/slices through industial machineries or household appliances depending on the size of production or usage.
