Potato Starch

Starch is a basic product, that comes to existence during the photosynthesis process of plants. Potato Starch contains high amount of native starch. Native Potato Starch is structurally composed of larger granules compared to other starch types. Especially used in food manufacturing such as bakery, soups, ready-to-eat meals, sahlep production, bread production and in many other foods. Is not preferred to be used in Desserts because of the fact that it may differ the desired taste of the product.
